Kellie martin is an American film, television and stage actress. Her most well-known role is Christy Huddleston (Christy) as part of the period show Christy'; Rebecca Thatcher (Life Goes On) as well as Lucy Knight ("ER") in the medical drama ER". Also, Kellie is well-known for her role as the lead for The Hailey Dean Mystery. Martin was the daughter of a department shop buyer and a kindergarten instructor. Her first acting experience was as a child at the age of seven. her aunt, who was a nanny in Michael Landon's household, assisted Martin get a part as in the TV show Father Murphy. She began acting professionally following her graduation from Yale University. This led to her landing a variety of parts in both the television and film industry. Besides being an actress, Martin is an accomplished photographer as well as a dancer. Mother of two daughters, she's the Lupus representative and promotes awareness of the illness each day following the passing of her sister when she was the age of 19.
